Utility Accounts & Billing

Your utility bill includes water, sewer, storm sewer, garbage, compost and recycling. Utility bills are sent to you bi-monthly on the last business day of every even month. View the Billing & Payment Schedule or our Fees, Rates and Charges Bylaw for more information.

Note: The utility bill is considered received on the date of email, or seven days after the date of mailing. If you have not received your bill within 7 days, please visit your Virtual Town Hall account or call 403.938.8937.
