Recreation Centre Admission & Passes

*Daily and 10X pass fees include GST. GST will be added to all other passes.
*10x, 1 Month and Annual All Facility Passes are paid in full at time of purchase
*Youth are 12-17 years or students 18+ years attending a post-secondary institution with a valid student ID; Seniors are those 60+ years.
*Family is defined as 1 or 2 adults and their child/youth/student living in the same household.

Corporate facility passes are available to organizations with 10 or more employees. Once an organization has become an approved corporate client, each employee will receive 10% off current annual pass rates. Direct billing and 3^rd party billing options are available and proof of employment is necessary. Please contact Customer Experience at the information below to discuss becoming a corporate partner in health and wellness in Okotoks.

Front-line Emergency Personnel (fire, ambulance, police & military) are eligible to receive a 25% discount on the following pass options:

• 1 month Adult All Facility Pass,
• Annual Adult All Facility Pass

• Facility Pass Holders must present a valid pass card to Customer Experience prior to using Natural High Fitness & Athletics, the Aquatic Centre, the Arenas and/or the Okotoks Recreation Centre Gymnasium.

   With an Annual pass you have the ability to suspend and extend your pass 1 time for up to 90 days.

Continuous All Facility Passes automatically continue from month to month (year to year) until a customer submits a Facility Pass Withdrawal Form. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Facility Pass Withdrawal Form on or before the 15th of the month and will be effective on the 1st of the month.

Promotional, 1-Month, Annual and 10x All Facility Passes must be paid in full at time of purchase. 

Promotional and 1-Month All Facility Passes cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Annual All Facility Passes, may be considered for cancellation and / or refund pending medical or relocation reasons and offered at a prorated fee.  A medical note or documentation providing proof of relocation and Facility Pass Withdrawal Form must be completed to request the cancellation.

Annual All Facility Passes can be suspended once in the duration of the pass for up to a maximum of 90 days for any reason prior to pass expiring and a Facility Pass Withdrawal Form must be completed to request the suspension.

10x All Facility Passes expire 2 years from the date of purchase and cannot be cancelled or refunded.  10x All Facility Passes can be shared with another customer in the same age group, as directed by the pass holder.

The Okotoks Recreation Centre team has put together a wide variety of fun activities to help motivate you and get you moving. There's loads to do at the Okotoks Recreation Centre! This cool program offers fun, FREE ways to learn and experience all the activities at the Recreation Centre, including the fitness centre*, swimming and basketball to keep active for life. You’ll also receive 10% off Pro Shop and most registered programs. And there are a few free cultural events too.

To participate in the program your child must be a resident of the Town of Okotoks or Foothills County attending a school in Okotoks or the region.

Complete the Waiver Form now to access all drop in activities at the Okotoks Recreation Centre today. Waiver forms for the 2024/2025 school year can be filled out starting Aug. 20 2024.

This trial pass is available for first-time visitors to try everything the Okotoks Recreation Centre has to offer! This one-time pass includes access to the Natural High Fitness Centre, drop-in fitness classes, swimming pools, hot tub, dry sauna, drop-in skating, and drop-in gymnasium times.
